


Christopher Webster, III
Chris Webster has played significant leadership roles in a range of successful ventures, including Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage and brand enhancement in the US and abroad culminating in the sale of Christopher Webster Real Estate to Sotheby’s Holdings in 1998, the founding in 1982 and subsequent sale of Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company and its related non-profit support for Native American causes to RJR in 2002, as well as the brokerage and collection of important historical art, to name but a few. He manages his family’s diverse business and philanthropic initiatives through Santa Fe, New Mexico based WEBSTER ENTERPRISES, founded on the west side of the historic Plaza in 1972. Patti Webster has been a principal and involved in management and sales at WEBSTER ENTERPRISES since 1977, obtaining her real estate license in 1979 and specializing in residential sales and property management. Her professional prowess is especially evident with regard to her attention to detail, communication skills, and long-lasting client relationships. She received a bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Christopher Webster, III joined WEBSTER ENTERPRISES in 2003 and subsequently became a principal and its Vice President and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Analyzing financial and investment opportunities, overseeing the firm’s equity positions, participating with numerous team members on the boards and advisory councils with which WEBSTER ENTERPRISES is associated, and adding creatively to the design and production phases are his primary involvements. Christopher holds three degrees - sound engineering, contemporary music and creative writing - from X'pression and The College of Santa Fe - and is also a licensed New Mexico real estate broker.
