Christopher Webster Reports (CWREP) was established in 1982 to provide a sophisticated and thorough analysis of the Santa Fe real estate market. A data bank of all information pertaining to sold property in Santa Fe beginning with 1978 was compiled and formatted in three chapters: residential, commercial, and vacant land. Produced twice a year, the reports mix color bar and pie graphs with explanatory text to provide the most precise overview of the Santa Fe real estate market. Information is taken from the Santa Fe Association of Realtors and its Multiple Listing Service, Dodge Reports on Commercial activity, and City, County and State bureaucratic offices and agencies. Business Futures compiles and formats the data into the report format which is proprietary and copyrighted.
